    Job Summary

  • Job Title: Customer Support Associate 

  • Department: Customer Service

  • Reports To: Customer Service Manager

    Summary:

  • The Customer Support Associate / Agent is responsible for providing excellent customer service to banking customers. This includes answering customer questions, resolving issues, and providing support for banking products and services. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

    Responsibilities:

  • Answer customer questions and resolve issues related to banking products and services

  • Provide support for new and existing customers

  • Process customer requests and transactions

  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team

  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction

  • Stay up-to-date on banking products and services

  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures

    Qualifications:

  • 12th, HSC, Under Graduate or Graduate or High school diploma.

  • Or with minimum 1+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a BPO setup.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Experience with CRM software is a plus.

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • This is a full-time position with rotating shifts. Some weekend and holiday work may be required.
