  Job Overview:
  We are looking for a skilled Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. As a Data Analyst at IncedoApp, you will play a key role in analyzing and interpreting complex data sets to help our clients and internal teams make data-driven decisions. You will be working with large datasets, utilizing analytics tools to extract insights, and presenting actionable recommendations to drive business outcomes.

  Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect, clean, and preprocess large datasets from various sources.

  • Analyze data using statistical methods and provide actionable insights.

  • Create visualizations, reports, and dashboards to communicate findings effectively.

  • Work with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into data solutions.

  • Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data to support decision-making processes.

  • Provide recommendations based on data analysis to improve business operations.

  • Ensure data quality, consistency, and accuracy in all analysis and reporting.

  • Stay updated on the latest data analysis tools, trends, and best practices.

  Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.

  • Proven experience (2+ years) as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.

  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages (SQL, Python, R, Excel).

  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or similar).

  • Strong understanding of statistical analysis and modeling techniques.

  • Ability to interpret and communicate complex data insights clearly.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Knowledge of machine learning algorithms and techniques is a plus.

  Desired Skills:

  • Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud).

  • Experience in handling big data platforms (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) is a plus.

  • Knowledge of ETL processes and data integration tools.

  • Experience working with business intelligence tools and reporting systems.

  Salary:

  • Range : 4.0 LPA to 8.40 LPA per year, with additional pay averaging 50000 annually. Benefits include healthcare, paid time off, professional development opportunities, and more.
