  Job Overview:
  IncedoApp is seeking an experienced IT Analyst to join our team. As an IT Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing and improving internal IT systems and helping clients optimize their IT infrastructure. Your role will involve working closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure seamless integration of IT solutions that meet both business and technical requirements.

  Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and evaluate current IT systems, infrastructure, and processes to identify areas for improvement.

  • Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather and understand requirements for IT projects and solutions.

  • Develop and recommend strategies for improving system efficiency, functionality, and performance.

  • Provide support in the design, development, and implementation of new IT solutions and system enhancements.

  • Document technical specifications, processes, and workflows.

  • Conduct risk assessments and assist in the development of security protocols to ensure data protection.

  • Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and maintenance to ensure optimal operation.

  • Provide technical support and training to internal teams and end users.

  • Monitor and evaluate IT system performance and provide ongoing recommendations for improvements.

  • Stay updated on emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices to enhance IT strategies.

  Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

  • Proven experience (2+ years) as an IT Analyst or in a similar role in IT services or consulting.

  • Strong understanding of IT systems, infrastructure, software, and hardware.

  • Proficiency in system analysis, troubleshooting, and resolving technical issues.

  • Familiarity with database management and reporting tools (SQL, Oracle, etc.).

  • Experience with IT project management and implementation methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).

  • Knowledge of IT security best practices, data privacy regulations, and compliance standards.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

  Desired Skills:

  • Experience with cloud computing platforms (AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud).

  • Familiarity with automation tools and IT service management (ITSM) software.

  • Certification in ITIL, PMP, or other relevant certifications is a plus.

  • Knowledge of programming languages (Python, Java, etc.) is a plus.

  • Experience with network systems, virtualization, and enterprise systems management.

  Salary:

  • Competitive salary based on experience.

  • Range: ₹6,50,000 - ₹9,00,000 per year (depending on experience and qualifications).
